I like your face, the portrait is rather dark and the lighting could be done better imo.
also, dont think this is ur fault, but ur neck has no texture on it. it looks like cel shaded.

the problem I see with Akirei is the bottom right part of the hair is fizzing up and the shadow on the nose is a little strange.
